That would be the sensible thing, yes. But, given the "one hand doesn't acknowledge what the other hand is doing" nature of DC right now, I'd say that there's about a 40-50% chance that these two books will not line up. Not bad enough odds for me to risk money on a wager, but enough for me not to be surprised if it turns out that way.

In related news, I may currently be in an "old and bitter" phase in my manic fanboy cycle.

I love the hints on the billboard. Always got a kick out of it when Johns did that.

Whose daughter rejoins the JSA to save it?

Yeah, the trade dress would've had a different design for each of the five generations.

Pretty cool to celebrate the event that pretty much ruined DC for a good portion of its readers. What's next, Identity Crisis II with Crazy Quilt as a sex trafficker who slaps around Iris Allen?

I feel like I should've seen this coming with the Flash movie coming out.

Hopefully this doesn't go the way of Civil War II as far as unnecessary drudging up and giving a sequel to a story that didn't need it, unless people really want to read another dystopian DCU.

Jeremy Adams writing is cool though, especially since it'll mean it won't get delayed like Johns' other books .

Well, Thomas Wayne's Batman was pretty much the co-lead of the story, and it's most marketable figure, and makes more sense to explore the Flashpoint universe through.

At the same time I wonder how many people really want to read about Thomas Wayne again after what King did to him. I know Williamson's tried to redeem him a little, but still.

Only JSA "daughters" I can think of:

    - Courtney (well, step-daughter).

    - Jesse Chambers

    - Jade

    - Maxine

And three out of the four of those aren't even technically daughters of JSA members.

Daughters of bona fide JSA members:

Jade (although how that works time-wise now is an exercise for the reader, since she was the daughter of the Golden Age Thorn)
Huntress (HER return would be cool/interesting)
Fury (pre-Crisis, anyway... best not to think about it)
    Peachy Pet (adopted)
    Black Canary

    I think that's it?

Didn’t the Stargirl special last year tease the lost daughter of Jay Garrick on an island of lost children?

And I just read about Jon and Jay's adopted son who died shortly after they adopted him.

Painfully obvious they’re doing this to cash in on the new flash movie.

Kinda curious how well this sells. Despite Twitter continuing to try to “cancel” Johns, his Three Jokers sold really well, but his Shazam book did not. How well will this sell I wonder?

Flashpoint is a marketable brand too.
