Oh my god, I am completely flipping out right now.
We were supposed to close on this house last Friday. I find out today that the sellers do not want to move out until this Friday. Our current apartment is rented out as of Sept 1, we cannot wait for them to move out, when they should have been moved this past weekend.

On the positive side it seems we are going to charge them rent for the days that they stay in the house past tomorrow.

Does anyone know I good way to load a ********** on a slow connection? It doesn't seem to load while its paused like Youtube does.
