Not overly fond of her look around the Mazzucchelli-period.

She looks more like a rat than a cat.

I see that the rodents are already shipping "mouse man" and cat woman.

Though it did work for Catwoman in the 1970s. Going from the weird blue costume back to the 1950s purple dress and green cape. If anyone can make retro work, it is probably Catwoman. If nothing else
go back to the purple bodysuit like Jim Balent used to draw in the first Catwoman comic book series. And give the woman some hair again.

It's not as if they've turned Selina into a Persis Khambatta (have they?)

No Balentism, please. But a more modest purple dress would look nice. She can rock shorter hair, but I think long hair looks best on her.

Hey, Persis was still hot and, IMO, the best part of that film!

Persis was a very prettyand talented young lady, and I'd hoped that she'd have a great career. Did V-Jer sink her future job prospects? She would have made a good Catwoman or Cleopatra.

I like the black costume with googles... :/ They still even make all Catwoman toys with that costume even if the Rebirth change anyway... lol 'cause that costume was the best. But DC doesn't look for any improvemnet when they change something.... it's just change for the sake of change, that's why people drop comics.

She still worked after ST:TMP, but according to Wikipedia she also was in a car accident in 1980 and then had health issues from time-to-time, eventually dying of a heart attack in 1989 at age 49.

One other thing about ST:TMP, the other star who wasn't a member of the previous TV series cast was Stephen Collins, who later went on to star in the TV series 7th Heaven, but is perhaps better known now for confessing to the sexual abuse of some underage girls.

Awwww, poor Persis--she seemed like a nice young lady; it's sad to hear she passed away so young. Stephen Collins--eh; I never liked him from the first time I ever saw him on TV--I felt like he was everywhere all over the time and being pushed too much, got tired of seeing his milquetoast face.
