Welp, as this thread doesn't have a no telepathy stipulation (yet), this is likely to come down to the quality of Etrigan's relevant resistances to Despero's telepathy before anything else becomes relevant.

I'm pretty sure Etrigan has some TP resistance but nowhere enough to stand up to a telepath of Despero's capacity.
