I have read a total of one: Rage of Ultron. I didn't find it to be too shabby, so...I guess I vote that one.

Unless by "self-contained" you meant "nothing that happens within affects the greater Marvel Universe"...?

God Loves Man Kills was always my favorite, but I recently read The Death of Captain Marvel. It's a bit slow at parts, but it's an absolutely beautiful story.

Interested in reading Daredevil? Not sure what to read next? Why not check out the Daredevil Book Club for some ideas?

God Loves, Man Kills. The Death of Captain Marvel. Some of the others were fun (the Season 1 books, Inhumans, Dazzler, Rahne of Terra, No More Humans, etc.), but those two were the best, imo.

By Right of Birth was fantastic. God Loves, Man Kills too.

Figures my two answers would be X-Men and Inhumans.

Not 100% sure if this counts as self contained but Daredevil: Yellow.
Current Pull: Lazarus, The Realm, Seven to Eternity, Aquaman, Flash, Justice League Dark, Justice League Odyssey, Sideways, Black Panther, Captain America, Daredevil, Death of the Inhumans.

    Future Pull: Killmonger.

God Loves, Man Kills impressed me a lot as a kid.
Marvels is a wonderful book, both the art and the writing are... marvelous.
I really like to read Elektra: Assassin one day, but I have read bad things about the reprints (blurry scans IIRC). So I still hesitate to buy it (and the Omnibus where it can be found is quite expensive). Anyone aware if this problem is real?
