They may no longer be related but Cystal was Pietro´s wife and Luna, his ex-grandaughter, mother, I don´t think he would be able to think of her as something other than that.

Medusa on the other hand is a kind of leader that takes difficult decisions for her people even when it affects her personally like when she send to exile her husband for his crimes as an iluminati imo that would catch Magneto´s attention and respect. Even on SoM when the inhumans were looking for Pietro after he stole their terrigenesis, there was this inherent respect between each other. It was a shame X-men vs Inhumans happened after the retcon because it could have been more nuanced if we add the fact that for all intends and purposes Magneto is related to the inhuman royal family and they act acordingly to that because for them it´s tradition.

i don't know about the pairing part but in general it could be cool to have krakoa grow a new attilian for the inhumans to live in. could also be cool if somehow mating with a mutant let the inhuman undergo a natural terrigenisis process when their their xgene activates and the two combine.

They could also grow a home for the Atlanteans and pay Namor back for his help on Utopia and X-men Red.

Wait. Her dad's 'no longer a mutant'. Crap.
Pre-retcon, she was a mutant/Inhuman hybrid. The latent Inhumanity came out a while ago when Pietro forced her to go through terrigenesis; maybe her mutant genes were latent, too, before they were retconned away.
