I agree, that´s why Emma is a full X-Villain since IvX. I guess Magneto is going to be done in a similar way. somthing I regret, because he´s way more interesting as a grey character, same with Emma.

for the average member it's just a kinky club. only behind the scenes the wealthiest 0.1% commit crimes and scheme. It's a club for wealthy people, Tony Stark, Psylocke and Archangel (who as Bettsy Braddock and Warren Worthington are wealthy aristocrats) have gone there and are members too.

Regardless, Magento just slaughtered a bunch of people completely unrelated to mutant affairs just to send a message of fear to Emma. That's about a morally grey as gassing a planet of people to death, otherwise you may not get superpowers via that method.

I found a better image. I'm not in the Emma vs Magneto debate, but the fact that Emma worked with Bastion should tell everything we need to know about her morality and values.
