Why are we having a "Black Bolt is a polygamist and therefore evil" debate when Kid Cable is about to date all five of the Stepford Cuckoos?

Such a whiplash to see how Psylocke was written in this after the journey she went through in Fallen Angels. lmao.
Also, Captain Kate Pryde's hair reminds me of Kate Bush
Actually… no, sorry I wish this were true however its not. The 13th, 14th and 15th amendments would not have been possible without the destruction and devastation of the civil war. The Civil Rights acts (there were several, because of strong opposition) only worked because of political action, favor trading and a campaign of deliberate provocative action. Civil Rights activists very much including King, went out of their way to provoke violent and repressive actions from the Segregationist defenders in order to publicize it and generate more sympathy and support.
The sad truth is that sweeping social reform usually only occurs after periods of intense violence and harm. Reform movements typically fail to produce significant results without dramatic (and usually violent acts) preceding them.
Yeah, this is true but… comic book.

I won't lie, this story felt shallow and cartoonish compared to X-Force and most of all, X-Men this week.
Fantastic Four were dumbed down significantly, the Kraked even more so, Doom was his mustache-twirling caricature, and Kate Pryde decided he could experiment on Franklin, because of her own past experience with him, and because, what could go wrong?
She doesn't realize it's not her decision to make, she's just been dreadful to the Richards parents twice, back-to-back now…
Little light came from Valeria interacting with Doom, but otherwise…
Still shocking to see how BAD Krakoa's défenses are, how many breaches did they have on that island already? Is that the third? The fourth? I'm not even sure.
That's just ridiculous.
Special nod to Magneto who sounded rabid for a moment… The Marauders were sitting in their cell, useless.
And Franklin?
For someone supposedly central to this mini-serie, he was demoted to the sidelines really fast.
1/5
Unintelligent. Unrefined. Boring.
Art didn't manage to salvage that issue for me but, thankfully, that's part 2 of a 4 books miniserie, so ...
Two down, two to go.

"The means are as important as the end - we have to do this right or not at all.
Anything less negates every belief we've ever had, every sacrifice we've ever made."
"Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely."
"No justice, no peace."
The way they got in was quite ridiculous honestly. They said their defenses were made better after X-Force #1 but the Black Tom security system alone should have made them visible as soon as they stepped on the island.
I agree that this is bad and uninspired.
