Yeah, Tim is Robin, and the only one active under that name. Damian's new name hasn't been revealed yet, but he's no longer Robin.

It is possible Tim still use Drake as alias.

I know the dialogue at the end of Young Justice #18 implied he is Robin again. However, Bendis has already make misleading dialogue about this in the past.

The first issues of Young Justice implied Tim was Robin again (although Tim never say this directly). However, in Young Justice #8, Tim said he is still Red Robin.

PS: Damian still can recover the Robin alias. It is too soon to assure he will never be Robin again.

Wonder if DC will make minks or one shots for all the YJ team, even with Bendis leaving??

Here's the Audio Play/Panel for Young Justice: Phantoms, the upcoming fourth season of the series.

I've been trying to figure out the timeline for that segment:

Arguably, given the timestamps are only given as Day-Date, Time, Location, and omit a "Team Year", then it occurs during the outro montage and nearly a week before the other private party at Bibbo's Diner and the day before Black Lightning becomes the leader of Justice League and M'gann steps down from leadership of the Team, which might conflict with Tigress presenting her being the leader of the Team as a known fact to Arsenal.

On the other hand, at one point Tigress claims "her team" has been clashing with the villains for ten years which is at least a year short in Feb of Team Year Nine, suggesting a one to two year timeskip (I prefer one) between Nevermore and The Prize.

    Thoughts?

It's set just prior to season 4, so yeah, another timeskip has happened, which is why the timestamps don't match season 3, it's a different year.

That was my first thought, but with previous timeskips they included the "Team Year" as part of the first timestamp of the episode or comic issue (likewise during YJ: Legacy) so there's an inconsistency there.

    So:

    spoilers:
Conner and M'Gann are going on their honeymoon and taking Beast Boy? Who is leading the Outsiders?

The Suicide Squad is back in force. Seems like Black Manta has replaced Deadshot as their main POV character for Earth-16.

Clayface has reformed and has a new civilian name. Will they introduce one of the other Clayfaces to take his villain role?

Artemis is leading the team (because Dick Grayson is seemingly terrible at commitment) and invites Arsenal to come back, which reminds me of that teaser for Outsiders showing members of the Team, 70% of which never ended up doing much that season.

Zatanna has more than one protege now (so Traci and...who else?).
    end of spoilers

Nah - probably Zachary Zatara. Raven's not a magician - in the comics she's an empath and a teleporter.

But in outside media, she’s been magic since the OG series
