I don’t keep close track with other x character but it seems to me that writers tend to establish many consistent friendships with betsy. I know that a listers are usually friends with the entire marvel universe, like wolverine, but for a b-lister, betsy has a lot of close friends in her contact list

I would love a Betsy, Storm and Logan story. Loved them together right before the Fall of the Mutants and then Outback Era. Betsy kind of stepped up real fast as an advisor. I miss that Betsy and her evolving through that period.

I mean, there's nothing wrong with the idea of her being Captain Britain. I even like the costume. But the execution hasn't been the best.

I think Tini took a bit took long to get into the action part of Betsy being Captain Britain. Like Betsy didn't really find her confidence until after her return and after her taking leadership of the Captain Britain Corps. But we finally have the action going pretty good in Knights of X.

Besty taking control of the Captain Britain Corp was a mistake that tied her down with it. It would be like Hal Jordan(Green Lantern) taking control of the Green Lantern Corp. That's not his job, just like it shouldn't be Betsy job. The Captain Britain Corp are meant to answer to Saturnyne, but now she's seemingly become a puppet leader and Betsy is the true leader. The problem with this being, is that the mandate, the very existence for the Corp in the first place has been changed. It's gone from being protectors of the Omniverse to protector of mutants in Otherworld.

I really miss Betsy x Ororo and Betsy x Logan. I think Otherworld is a fantastic setting ripe with potential and I'm happy for Betts to play there since it's also part of her legacy, but I don't like her being cut off from Krakoa and from her friends.
