Why does Hercules and Noh seem more natural than him and Kate? Maybe it's just Ewing's writing.

Wheres all the talk about the new issue? This stuff is great. That last page, as a huge Rocket fan, is pure nerdgasm
I was looking for the thread but I couldn't find it earlier.
This book is great. Nova is fitting into the team well. Still not sure about Herc in the team, but it's still early days.
I do hope Ewing at some point brings back world mind.
I felt like I missed something with that last page. What were Groot and Rocket referencing?
Thank you.
I'm really happy to see the book diving into galactic politics now. The ambassador scene was great.
After his run on Hulk, I wonder if Ewing will write a Silver Surfer or Nova ongoing. Maybe a Doctor Strange book.
I wonder when Ewing will bring back Avril Quasar, and if she’ll be a part of the team or not. I wouldn’t mind him launching a new Infinity Watch, led by Adam Warlock, and a new cast of cosmic heroes to work with.
Things I want to see in the new year:
Avril Quasar to join the team, maybe have some sexual tension between Phyla, Moony, and her.
The return of Star-Lord’s Ship.
The Stranger, Jack of Hearts, High Evolutionary, and Counter-Earth, the Galadorians, and Her
I thought it was a good issue -- nothing really blew me away. I like that we're seeing more of Nova and Moondragon. I've had my feel of Star-Lord and Gamora -- they just arent' that appealing, IMHO. That said -- I'm not feeling Marvel Boy, and am not crazy about Hercules' old testament look.
I'm willing to give Avril's Lady Quasar a chance. But I totally agree with you about Jack of Hearts returning.
We definitely need more old-school heroes who were unique...
