Following the link, looks like the DM cover will be #101, 1st Moribus. Which is cool, I like that one. #100 would also have been great, or any of the GG drug issues, but I'm ok with it.

The old stuff is going into the Monsterbus volumes. There'll be an OHC of the new event with an even larger trim size than normal.

Yes I only order from IST, I meant the additional 3% offer they're trying to entice me to buy with this weekend, on top of the normal discount. I'd normally skip it but then I hear something on my want list is close to going OOP and I panic. Sorry to be confusing.

Hello everyone, I am updating the OOP, almost OOP and instock everywhere list on page one.

Looking for a little help below if I missed something as I have tweaked the list a few times so far this evening.

    List from Omnibus
    As of 10/15/16

132 Omnibus titles have been released to date. 61 titles are currently Out of Print (Out of stock) with another 19 titles getting close. Good news as 1 current OOP title will be getting a reprint in early 2017.

For the 22 titles that are getting close to going Out of Print I have listed sites that still have them in stock. You can also still find deals for them on Ebay and Amazon Marketplace.

Use this very helpful guide by Krisis to know what issues are in each omnibus, cost per page, which era etc... http://crushingkrisis.com/collecting...ibus-editions/

It was never broken lol (I don't understand this aversion to anything not completely in chronological order, as it reads fine the way it is). But to answer your question, no, i don't think anything was ever changed.

Unless today came within your 2% window. Then you are getting 1%, which, as an addict, was enough to get another $50+ order in.

Hey Omnibus, a BIG thanks for updating the list.
I would class the Avengers Vol. 1 Omnibus as OOP as the regular cover is at cover price at CGN, and unavailable everywhere else.

Also, what about the Deadpool Minibuses? They're still Omnibusses but called Minibuses in a Deadpool kind of humour way. They're really actually thicker than some other Omnis. I would therefore include them on the list.

And what about the Age of Apocalypse Companion - not on the list

Oh thank god. I mean, we knew it was coming. But still. I feel massively relieved to know it's real at last and, as importantly, what the contents are.

Wish it had collected neatly through the end of MMW 11, though. That one's expensive on the secondary market. But at least now I know and I can hunt it without worrying it's a waste of money if I find it.

Now Thor 3 . . . c'mon Thor 3! This one's less certain I'd say. Volume 1 is out of print, Volume 2 was clearanced out and probably out of print now too, the Simonson omnibus is out of print and due for a reprint, and a then there's Jason Aaron's stuff which is probably due an omnibus around that time. So will they release a volume 3 with 1 and 2 out of print? Will they reprint volume 1 or/and Simonson and give Jason Aaron an omnibus for a classic/modern split in omnibus offerings to accompany with the movie? No room for a volume 3 omnibus in that latter scenario, it would be too many at once. And those would probably be the biggest money makers. On the other hand, a volume 3 is Lee/Kirby, and if not now, when? Does anyone honestly think they're making a fourth Thor movie?

There's not a nearby stopping point, since they're still another pair of MMWs from meeting up with existing collections on the other side. They just started an Epic line, so if they just needed my Dr. Strange produced they could have easily doubled-up there.

(And, honestly, he's not all that under-collected - we're closing in on the 70% mark for him, which for a line outside of the initial Epic Six and X-Men is terrific.)

The only remarkable thing about the volume that I note is it exactly plugs a gap in a potential Roger Stern Strange omnibus, which began in the prior MMW volume and continues through the end of this series. Said omni could also easily be a pair of Epics.

Could this rush MMW be an indication that Marvel wants to produce just the #47-75 portion of Stern's run in a single book, which would effectively be Doctor Strange Omnibus Vol. 4?

Or, are we going to see them double-up on a handful of lines with clear stopping points in sight in the effort to maximize MMW profits and open up room for some newer lines to begin?
70%! No kidding! Doesn't seem possible but I guess his publishing history is more sparse than I realize.

Maybe they simply need to do restoration on this material, even before they could print it in an epic or omnibus? And they figure if they have to do restoration they may as well put it in a masterwork first. Or maybe he just sells really well in masterworks because the masterwork crowd really likes Doctor Strange, which anecdotally does actually seem to be the case. Old man comic fans seem to all really love Doctor Strange, maybe because it strikes a chord with memories of the counter culture of their youth. As we noted earlier all his previous volumes are out of print so maybe that's not because the print run numbers were low after all, it's just that people really want to own it all in expensive sequentially numbered hardcovers.

Maybe it's kind of like the Legion of Superheroes. They got thirteen DC Archives, more than any other line, because the people who love it really really love it.
