    Default Elric vs. Geralt

Elric The White Wolf of Melniboné (Michael Moorcock)

    vs.

Geralt the Witcher (White Wolf) of Rivia (Andrzej Sapkowski)

And no I'm not just talking about plagiarism lawsuit vs. (although it'd be funny if this is how things were decided in court LOL!)
I'm talking about the characters. Who would win?

    vs.

What are the powers/characteristics of Geralt's sword?

Also, what are Geralt's stats? Does he have superhuman speed, strength, anything?

Geralt has two swords, one of silver and another of steel. Neither are particularly magical that I recall.

He's a bit above regular human in most respects but not by much. He can take potions which amp his abilities a bit but still not massively. He can do magic of various types, blasts of force and fire, shields and junk. He's not that high end.

As I recall, Elric murders gods and stuff, right? That sounds a bit beyond Gerry of the River.

Yeah, sounds like Elric destroys him with little difficulty.

The magic blasts get deflected by Stormbringer. Unless I'm misremembering, Elric did that once when Arioch tossed a bolt at him. Could be mistaken on that point, it's been a while.

But yeah, Geralt is a goner.

This is really not a good situation for Geralt.

Blood and Souls for Arioch. Henry wait for the next Justice League Movie or Superman sequel.

Was gonna say, at best, Geralt is CBPH.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

Comic book peak human. Short hand for "about at the level of Batman or Captain America" for physical stats like speed and strength. Would be super human by real life standards, but not for comic books.

For the record: Geralt is destroyed.

Two: I will do a list of what makes Witcher’s special.

    Body:

1: Witcher’s are super poison tolerate. ( Those potions they make and drink would kill a normal man.) due to this they are sterile.

2: Have freaky eyes and have night vision.

3: Can see a fired cross bow bolt in flight and smack it out of the air.

    Other:

1: Silver is monster kryptonite, not just we’re in Witcher verse but everything. Monster wise.

2: Have limited Magic’s, more for monster hunting. ( The Witches, female version have way more potent juju here. Really coolest one seen is making ghost tangible so you can kill it with Silver.)

3: Witcher’s are basically Batman in prep, they know every damn monster that has lived, so once they know the score, can prep and deal with it. They know chemistry for not just potions but gunpowder/bombs and other stuff.

4: Side note, they are hated, by a ton of people. Superstition and other stuff know?

Not true at all. There are tons of monsters in other works of fiction that are not weak to silver. Just off of the top of my head, monsters from Supernatural are not weak to silver.

I don't think Godzilla would much mind silver either :P

I'm sure a planet sized ball of silver dropped on him will make him "weak". :P

Elvis vs. the Witcher would be a closer fight.
