Finally! I was reading through this whole thread like “when is someone going to say Xavier and Moira?”

Also I highly, highly doubt “the kids are all right” is a reference to the 2010 Lisa Cholodenko movie, and not the extremely common phrase that the film title is itself based on. I think the implication here (and incidentally, in the film also) is that the parents are not all right. In the extremely unlikely event that it is a reference to the film, I don’t think the same sex relationship is the most salient thing, as that is treated pretty matter-of-factly in the film. The plot hinges on the kids discovering and connecting with their moms’ sperm donor, which is the kind of DNA drama that sounds more up Sinister’s alley.

I dunno... the kids are alright could actually be referring to Shogo. Jubilee and Chamber were an unofficial couple during Christina Strain’s Gen X run. When Jubilee disappeared in Age of X-Man, Chamber looked after Shogo until he dumped him off with the Morlocks. Seeing as we know Shogo is alright/safe, it wouldn’t surprise me if Jubilee confronted Jono about how he left Shogo instead of taking care of him.

I don't think Secret 9 suggests a romance as much as a conflict. As I already said, I think it refers to Xavier and Moira. They have never been a couple except in flashbacks. It has been years since Moira "died", there was a notation in the timeline graph that said there was a schism between the two, and we know that she will be showing up at some point. I think Secret 9 alludes to Moira's plan for mutantkind coming into conflict with Xavier's.

This is also likely. I had assumed that the secrets were setups for what could happen after the HoX/PoX but they could very well just set up things for the last few issues of the event as well. *shrugs*
