I think Jubilee would get along naturally well with The Avengers depending on the writing.

Definitely Jean.
"We come into this world alone and we leave the same way. The time we spent in between - time spent alive, sharing, learning together... is all that makes life worth living." - Jean Grey
Technically, she's not an X-man, but Maddy Pryor. Her redemption begins with her joining the Avengers. If it worked for Wanda and Pietro, why not Maddy?
Honestly, Nightcrawler is a pretty solid pick, and Iceman having been on the Champions and a couple other teams would probably mesh pretty well with the Avengers.
"The White Queen welcomes you, TO DIE!"
Nightcrawler and Iceman do make for really solid choices, but for me it's either Jean or Rogue. The Avengers could always use a high level psychic like Jean and it'd work nicely with the idea of "Saint Jean; savior of mutants" to be part of earth's mightiest heroes. And Rogue.....okay, the flying brick powerset is far from unique on the Avengers' roster; there's tons of people who are strong and can fly. But her power absorption would be pretty great in an Avengers story and members like Thor, T'Challa, or even Cap offer a lot of abilities and skills for Rogue to borrow, which could make for great moments.
If Colossus still had those Juggernaut powers I'd be inclined to add him as a potential Avenger, but without that boost I'm not sure if he really adds enough to be worthwhile.
"We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another, as if we were one single tribe."
~ Black Panther.
Rogue's already been an Avenger. She was leader of the Unity Squad in Gerry Duggan and Jim Zub's Uncanny Avengers runs.

Yes to Banshee and Dazzler.
Also, Wolfesbane.
Easily feel that Bishop would fit the bill. He has a strong personality, being on that team allows for actual development as he's working with a slight smaller team. Bishop powerset is good defensive and offensive.
I instantly thought of Chamber because of the potential sarcasm.
jean grey could be interesting
we can be heroes, just for one day
