Another boring article that reduces her down to AD/HoM and disregards the rest of her 57 years as a character. It was that era that was the most destructive, not the character.

It’s part of human nature. The most memorable moments are the ones that had a lasting impact. Unfortunately for Wanda that’s AD/HoM and being married to Vision and having children she magically created. Everything else is an after thought.

Her reality-warping ability is way too much powerful for my tastes, and the "No More Mutants" spell was way too much to buy for me. Preposterous, absurd and ridiculous.
In my book, those stories never ever happened.

Marvel made her a clone of Phoenix in terms of role and powers, and I don't like it. No, thanks.

That's why they turned it into the Life Force and it not really being her own power.

That'd be an excuse if it was just general fandom with this take. This is from a site that covers comics. They should do at least the bare minimum of knowing what they are writing about.

Whoa. I didn't know about this retcon. Where can I read about it?

Avengers: Children's Crusade. And it wasn't so much a retcon as just setting things right. Since Wanda was never able to do what she did in AD/HoM to begin with.

Agreed. I'm glad they changed this.

Those articles are usually not very well done. I still remember one that stated Kitty Pryde was a powerful telepath xD

It also mentions that Betsy’s power is “electrical constructs” (?)

Tbh it’s quite a funny article cos it says “underrated heroines” and you would expect the likes of Boom-Boom or Tempus to show up in the list but the list is literally Emma Frost, Storm and Psylocke lmao

I don't know why they fail so hard at this stuff.
