It seems once a Say in reaches adulthood, tail regrowth stops, like with Vegeta. Also there are ways to make the removal permanent, like Kami did.

Sarada may be able to regrowth her tail being a teenager.

Totoma, sadly Gohan stopped regrowing his before puberty....

I only planned on having Saiyans be able to transform once a day, so it'll be an issue until the morning. Until then, she'll be lugging around a 10-20 ft long tail that's as wider than she is tall lol
