Techniques

Shadow Constructs: Creates a shadow shield infused with magical energy for defensive purposes, she can expand the area to cover more people. The second thing she can do is create tendrils which to grab things. She can make other shapes, and as she grows in strength and skill they can become more complicated.

Shadow Walk: This allows the user to walk through shadows to get to places she normally wouldn't get to, its not instant and merely an faster way which to travel. Masters of this can get to point A to B seemingly instantly, but it has a cool down of a minute once entering and exiting. She can take others with her if they have physical contact. Karine is currently limited to much shorter ranges.

Magic Aura: An pitch black magic aura forms around her, slightly increasing the strength of her melee attacks and a(slight) physical defense.

Energy Sense: It's basically Ki sense by another name, the main difference its more adept at picking up magical or supernatural energy more so.

Dark Lancer: Creates a large shadow energy lance which can be used for melee, or tossed at foes to pierce or explode on impact.

Latent Power: As part of her Nosferartu heritage and her own individual potential, when truly enraged she gets a random spike in power that is short lived(2-3 post at the most) and about twice a day. The slight danger if not careful she can literally black out in the most extreme cases, going more by subconscious instinct.

Shadow Needles: Due to training with Chuan, Karine has developed her own version of medical needles. The concept of healing is similar, with the twist of using bits of her magical energy to heal allies as well numb the pain a bit if need be. However, since it does use up her magical energy reserves, it means the more severe wounds along with how often will drain and tire her out.

Shadow Stealth: In night time or any area where there is natural shadows, she can become completely invisible with no sound making them incredibly dangerous in certain situations.

Flight: After training with Kami, Karine has learned to fly to help her with aerial combat and foes.

Hide Energy: By concentrating, she can conceal her energy.

Prism Cannon: An concentrated beam of light is launched at the enemy, its moderate but can be charged as in the case with most of her techniques for more damage. It has two modes of damage, kinetic or piercing but the later takes time to charge. Picture

Eros: By taking her supernatural and natural shadow mastery further, she can summon two demonic-like snakes made of shadow. They aren't merely restricted to biting, as they can fire dark beams of energy from their mouth as well as stretch to reach further distance. They are slightly stronger then the user itself(I.E. ten percent at the most). The technique was originally developed by Hina Legarde but was passed along the Cromwell's once she married into the family. Eros can technically classified as a summon, even if completely loyal to the user. It can only be maintained for a moderate period of time, since it drains on the users magical energy.

Items: Two Capsules. One has a home, the other is wardrobe for dressing in. She has a spell book which has been passed down to learn other spells. It can be summoned and discharged at will but otherwise has no special traits.

Special/Racial Traits:

Accelerated Healing: She does not heal instantly, but she does naturally heal faster then normal people. A cut would take a minute, a broken bone an hour. On a minor note, her hands can turn into claws.

Telepathy: Nothing to special with it, but she can talk to others. The range is only moderate, she can't talk to someone in another city or that far at the moment. It depends entirely on her current power.

Dark Vision: Can see in areas even when there is no light.

Shadow Manipulation: Its the natural ability of her kind, she can use it defensively and offensively. See mainly the technique section for practical usage.

-Nosferatu are weak to water. If exposed to it long enough they will weaken physically but otherwise doesn't hurt them. Silver is like poison to them and stops their healing as well if too much gets into their blood.

History:

The universe is filled with wonders and undiscovered things. Some were fascinating, some were horrifying and some where everything in between. Even earth, an small planet which for many is thought to have no secrets has many things the prying eyes on the public may never know the full details of. That was ultimately the story of Karine's people as an whole, an related race to humans scientifically known as Homo Nocturnae. An race that once expanded and of decent size ended up shrinking to small numbers. Once grand cities turning to dust, a once rich history forgotten by time and an people that ultimately doomed themselves by hubris.

The remaining ones either eventually died of old age, their blood line fading away due to intermixing with other races while others still kept to themselves.

Karine grew up knowing this, her family having done well for itself through the coming years but she wasn't content to sit idle. However, in the start they didn't have much growing up were rather poor, scrapping by until her father got a lucky break in the Galactic Patrol. He was however was KIA by an unknown enemy just a few months after her baby sister Kylie was born.

The world had greatly changed and so had what was left of their people. Humility was an lesson time had taught them as an whole but it had been at a great cost. Hopefully it was an lesson humanity wouldn't have to learn, but so far they managed to avoid some of the pitfalls they had.

To do her part, she decided to be a historian of some known. Karine is still young so whether she'll remain on that path or something else remains to be seen.

-An strong believer in self improvement in herself and others. Mostly the former, as the path of others is something one has little, if any control of. This has led to some perfectionist qualities but she does her best to curb them.

-While her mannerisms would suggest someone born of a high class environment, she seems for the most part more grounded and down to earth.

-Karine has an weakness for cute things whether admitted or not. This ultimately isn't much of a surprise, especially with being fond of children and wanting some of her own one day.

-Aiden is the name of her father, Nikki her mother and Kylie her sister.

Keep it realistic/honest to your race/special type. Humans don’t generally have regen, but are known to learn telepathy. Freiza’s race has neither but can have TK and be abnormally durable in adverse climates, etc........

Machine Gun Fists: Punch so fast leave after images.

Flash Step: Make a solar flare burst of light and uses telekinesis to move as fast as possible for surprise attack.

Constructs: His blast is not beam energy, but making stuff up to hit for him. For now. Will get generic attacks latter.

Royal Arms: Can conjure Weapons to use (and a master of them.) does not use this of rules state no weapons.

Chi Blast: Can Blast Chi Of variable charges. Bigger blow, longer to go. (Free)

Chi Sense: Has now perfected his sensing (Free. 100)

Chi hide: Can mask/alter his signature. ( Free. Level 100)

Flight: Now Chou can fly! (Free!)

Dragon Pearl Install: Deaws Power from the land and even others nearby, condensing into a Orb He asborbs. Can use it to make the next attack more intense. ( cost 1 likevwarp.)

Warp: Can move instantly to point a to b, based on as far he can see.


Special Beam Cannon: Since ki blasts are free. This move, does not have a original name. But original in design. A blast of three spiraling beams in unison met to punch/drill through target, not explode them.

Body Mass Shift: Due to his ki/body arrangements being blank and control of the flow. Can now enhance his body in size and length to a point. Monkey D Luffy style. Can be applied to whole body parts.

Book of King of Braves: How he levels up. Spell book, reads, learns magic that way.

Element Infusion: Can alter his energy to take on element properties. So far the basic four elements.

Regrowth: Chou now having mastered his master core unit, can regenerate shined hero style. As long the Core is safe and has chi reserves, he can heal

History (Backstory)

Three hundred ago Old Kami got pissed at the Earth and wished for a creature, the Sacred Beast to wash the worlds sins, via violence. Seven heroes rose up to take it on, their leader was the King of Braves. He dealt the blow to finish it off but died and the six vowed to serve the new Kami. They made two wishes, everlasting youth and a chance for their leader to be reincarnated, issues rose.


The story does not end there, the beast and Kings souls became linked to nature and settled on a rock. It cracked up like a egg and Chou was born. He grew up in the wilderness until a band of performers took him in. He is now alone in the world, inherited the stuff of the king of braves and has nightmares about the beast trying to break out. Having grown in poverty and learned tricks until they got money, he is a fierce young man who seeks to have ultimate freedom.

Yeah, I do regret not being able to join. But that is life, and I've lived in way too many RPGs over the last 12 years.

Average power level on this earth is roughly 15 to 20 if the person is fit and in shape. 5-10 if not.

There are stronger people, with power levels higher than 50 (or even 150), but your character wouldn’t be overly aware of which ones.

However, some lore and characters will arriving soon.
