The only problem I see with the prosthetic leg is that it seems like Krakoa is giving everyone fresh new bodies, (hence Cyclops is back to being a bi-clops) so why is Karma left out of the fun.
Perhaps she choose not to get a refreshed body.

I say keep the leg cause it gives her some visual distinctiveness. If she's gonna stay in the rookie outfit, at least give her something to stand out.

she should actually look VIETNAMESE she looks different than jubilee or armor and Dust... maybe they're should be an emphasis on different body/facial types... move away from the Greg Land tracing horror. Kwannons the only other Asian telepath(?) on an X-Team it shouldn't be that difficult to notice/make the 2 distinct New Mutants annual 2 Neal Adams (?) did a perfect job of showing Karma looking Good and DIFFERENT

It’s like that TV Trope, Status Quo is God, it will never happen. I personally would love for him to get control of his powers, and I am tired of him getting in these situations where he is still mouthless. But I don’t want it to happen off panel.

So, right now we have Karma with a prosthetic and Jono with no mouth.

Going off norj’s idea, they don’t get fixed because they’ve been rejected into space.
