Miguel O'Hara: Spider-Man 2099 Appreciation 2019

I think the white suit fell victim to the classic "iconic costume returns after long limbo period" syndrome.

Personally, I'm not going to miss it as much as I did the blue suit. But I imagine it will still pop up here and there as an alt Spidey costume in games or other media.

Also there is "I want people to immediatly recongnize the character in the panel" so of course you go with the classic blue/black suit

But also the white suit had an issue in that the William Sliney never could make the white suit look good (or even the classic one), despite being a really good artist, but oddly enough it look really good in other media (especially on PS4)

Plus it has the very ironic thing of having of a gag that make fun of Miguel for not looking "futuristic" and then give him a tron like costume as a gag, then later have a costume who is basically goes hard on trying to look futuristc

Unlikely, I feel that would be too long to explain considering he was wiped out of existence at the end of the last run, so you have to explain who he is to bulk of the audience and how he came back

yeah its miguel he comes back in amazing issue 32 based on solicitations but I am still be calling him Spider-Man 2100

While it's canonicaly black...the blue tinge just work better

I really prefer it when his suit reads more black, and the blue is just highlights.
Rather than the bright electric-blue.

Although it is funny, all three used the same highlight technique, yet no one ever mistook Venom as blue.

It would've been better if it had actually been colored black as intended. Oddly enough, the only time he was colored properly happened was when he was guest-starring in an arc of Peter David's Captain Marvel with a time-traveling adventure revealing the identity of Thanatos, another villain from the 2099 line.
