It's the Arena. John simply has more feats of pointing and shooting with accuracy. Widow is played up as a brilliant spy with superior h2h qualities yadda yadda. She's a great gun fighter sure, but this is more his element of pointing and shooting.

She's got some really nice feats in it, made all the more impressive in that she's trying to fix Steve up on dates as she's doing the killing - things like precise one-shot kills from blind angles while moving fast and such.
