Being the first volume of x isn't how I see it(clearly) but if it works for you that's great!
I see it as all being part of the "____Age" branding and therefore the Didio change is inexcusable.

Got my JMS ASM Vol.2 from Amazon. A little banged up, as I expected, but not horrible. One corner is kinda smushed.. It's not horrible but as an omnibus collector who's used to IST, it bothers me.
Oh well, I don't collect to resell anyway...

How good is CGN at customer service?
I finally broke down yesterday and placed an order with them, but I accidentally selected one item twice and then due to an error my card got charged twice for the overall order. I emailed them and also sent a message on their site. Are they good at sorting these kind of things out?
Is there a phone number I can call?

I usually order from IST, but occasionally CGN might have something still available that IST doesn't have or (very rarely) a book at a better price.
I've placed a few orders with CGN for that reason and have never had any problems. This past summer, I ordered The New Teen Titans Omnibus v2. I opened the shrink wrap several months later to discover the book had a section of pages that hadn't been cut. I contacted CGN, and even though this book was bought months earlier, they still refunded my money. So I'd say they have good customer service.

Not to beat a dead horse, but it's worth noting, today I got my AXM omni from Amazon and there's a corner that was clearly dropped on. Sucks. Amazon simply does not care to solve this problem. I know returns are easy with Amazon, so there's that.
