Saw this a few minutes ago: LOVE IT

Seriously, even if the artist wasn't incredibly talented, I'd love this for the simple inclusion of XS and Empress.

I do wish some of my other favorites were included like Jakeem Thunder, Connor Hawke, and Onyx Adams, but it doesn't at all take away from the piece.

You are correct. XS (Jenni Ognats) is a member of the Legion of Superheroes and the Flash Family (She's my 3rd favorite member of both teams, and my favorite black hero in general) and Empress (Anite Fite) was a member of Young Justice who was a great character in her own right, and also possibly (as in she definitely did) had mutual feelings for my 2nd favorite comic character, Slobo.

Is this official art or a variant? I only ask because I'm reminded of that New Super-Man variant with all of DC's Asian heroes.

Whatever the case, this looks awesome .

A cover with all of DC's Hispanic or Latino heroes would be great too. We already had an illustration of DC's LGBT heroes in the Love is Love book.

..You know the fact that we can point out a number of great characters in addition to the ones on both this AND the New Super-Man variant really goes to show how many great diverse characters DC could be using.

Awesome image. One problem. Where the hell is Bronze Tiger. Possibly the DC character with the most potential.

Tanya Spears has been great in Priest's Deathstroke book but she still needs a new codename. Don't like her being called Powergirl. Hopefully Priest finds a new name for her.

So happy Mr. Terrific will be appearing in the Metal event.

Black Lightning should be front and center. He was DC's first black hero with his own book.

I love how they included Nubia. She should get an original costume and play a bigger role in the DCU.

It's a shame that it appears that the majority of these characters will barely get a chance a shine for one reason or another.

As someone already alluded to, his dad was white (duh) and his mom half black, half Asian.
