When Etrina's modification turned Auroc's sigil from a marker of the planet's doom to a focused point of illumination that stripped his godhead bare, the column of magic burned brightly as it purged the cursed earth. Even here, miles below in the halls of ancient stone beneath the capital, there came a flood of illumination. And when the wave of gathered energies had passed through the spellwork, almost immediately the twisted voice that had corrupted the leylines of Reshlan seemed to be silenced.
Ochazuke and Zaofan for just a moment allowed themselves a moment's reprieve from shouldering the souls of the Threshling collective, and as they sensed the ki in the environs, they knew their nearly years-long journey had come to a close.
Save for the anguished, savage scream that swept over the capital above.
With a low groan, Ochazuke swept his meditation field through the subterranean complex, and reinforced the structure by gilding their surfaces with ki through Ishiki Toei.
"Can Auroc not allow us a single moment," he grumbled.
"He's probably not used to the lack of attention," Zaofan offered, "Just hours ago, he was every moment."
Though this was, considerably, a far less complicated task than the endeavour they all had embarked on to counter the planet's destruction, it was taxing Ochazuke's focus to keep maintain the integrity of the capital underground.
"You heard them," he said to Nevanlinna, "Your people are relying on you. Go and show how you will fight for them."
"Ha! Sasheem remembers when he was like you!" The Majin smirked, absorbing both the Venom Magetta as well as the black lightning. All of the energy went into his aura which then went within himself. Combining a Phoenix School techniques with the abilities of the phoenix clan, Sasheem formed the Nuova Armor of the Vermilion Bird, his own body glowing red hot, radiating his venomous heat wave with every motion he took. "All that rage, that intense hatred, let it lash out! It will only make this more fun for me!" he grinned as his arms grew from two to seven and each of those arms detached, floating in the air beside him as seven more instantly grew. The arms floating around him glowed completely on fire. "Naga Fire Arms!" He called out swinging rapid fists at the Majin before him and, while his surrounding arms began to radiate venomous flame in the surrounding area in case Mauroc decided to warp again.
Pain.
It was a feeling she had grown accustomed to in the last hour or so. Pain from being thrown about by Sir Kakarot, or pain from being stabbed through the torso by that cowardly Threshling noble. This pain was just another in a list of instances that had accumulated throughout her life; yet, it was different. Pieces of her mind that weren't screaming in agony made a connection.
It flowed through her entire body; every vein, every cell was filled to the brim until overflowing with power. Kakarot's blow should have killed her, and wound have if that had been his intention. With the yawning chasm between them, there was nary a thing she could do to stop him from ending her if he wanted to. Yet, instead of continuing straight through her, it spread throughout. Her ki reserves were filled to capacity, yet more came. That was the pain. The pain of so much power being forced into her that her body could only do two things: fold and perish, or adapt and flourish.
It chose the latter.
Sublime elective power coursed through her. She could feel, itching just below the surface of her consciousness. Just like the very first time she transformed, she shattered the barrier and embraced it.
She let out a primal roar as the power exploded outward. Her aura erupted into an inferno, tinged with white streaks of lightning.
Her scream died down, leaving nothing but the sound of electricity dancing around a roaring flame.
She had never felt power like this before. She and Sarada had flirted with the next level, but the best they could do at the time was the bulky forms of Grades 2 and 3, which were useless if the enemy had any sort of speed. This...
She threw a few practice kicks and punches, marveling at how fast she could move. "Incredible. This speed is incredible!" She could feel it. She had the power to obliterate Auroc and all his knights, possibly at the same time.
"Thank you, Kakarot. I would suggest we spar a little, but I fear I don't have much time to spare."

Neva falls to her knees once the effort to cleanse that planet had finished, breathing heavily. Together--what an odd feeling it was to say that--this group had managed to completely cleanse Auroc's taint from Reshlan. At... at long last...
...no.
Not completely. She could still sense Auroc, in a sense. Its energy also felt like the grand maven, somewhat, but... blended? Furthermore, she could hear him, even so far underground. Rage, frustration filled that scream... and to Nevanlinna, that rage and frustration filled her with a joy rarely felt.
It was then that Ochazuke addressed her. Yes, the battle was not over. She nodded. "Yes, you are correct, of course."
Giving the others a small wave, she turned and made her exit, making her way to the hole to the surface. Taking flight, she sped upwards towards the surface... and Auroc's final demise.
As she ascended, she called upon her realm for assistance. Each thing there, from the ruins to the smallest blade of grass, to the animals, to the saiyans and elementals living there would feel a 'tug', and, if answered, their power would flow into her. This time, however, she called upon far more than she had on Vocado. It would probably shorten her life, but... she had centuries to spare and she did not care, as long as Auroc was gone. Hozon, calming and beautiful began coursing around her...
She burst forth from the hole and into the sky... glowing with a light and fire that matched the sun. Drawing her sword, she aimed at this... Mauroc (?) from below with a rising sword slash. He had become considerably more powerful than her, but it mattered little at this point. He would be dead by next day's dawn.

Dash, there is little liquid within the majin hybrid to call upon, but you do manage to just barely hold him up.
This allows Sasheem to slam again and again into Mauroc, each flaming venomous fist like a freight train. The very area around the hybrid also seemed ablaze, and it is within that that Nevalinna swings up and slaves through, bisecting Mauroc.
There is a single moment of silence, the raging scream cut off, before a burst of eldritch magic surges forth and each half regrows. Now two equally powerful Mauroc float there.
One slams into Sasheem, batting the fiery Majin down into Dash while peppering black lightning at them, while the other uppercuts Neva hard enough to nearly break her jaw. It then grabs her, knees her in the face, and then blasts her down onto Sasheem and Dash.

He nods and powers down, smiling.
“Good luck, Princess Parsley! Looks like we’re both fading so you’ll probably wake up and I’ll go home, I think. Good luck fighting your god. Oh, and next time......”
He smirks and gives her cocky hand two-fingered salute.
“...we’ll spar for sure. Get strong!”
He vanished, and you awaken in your body again, the pain of being stabbed through and battered still very apparent.

Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

Before Neva could hit them, Dash manages to escape from underneath Shaseem. Barely avoiding the lightning strikes, Dash summons water from the air and gathers it around the Majin. Water conducts electricity, but it also acts as an insulator. If she can gather enough water, fast enough, maybe she can buy everyone some time.

Yes, they would cross paths eventually, one day. She was going to see to it.
She saluted Kakarot just before he vanished and she reemerged in her body. The joy of confirming that she wasn't dead was quickly overridden by the annoyance of realizing that her body was still badly battered and bleeding on the snowy ground. She grunted and reached into a pocket in her glove and pulled out a capsule. Inside that capsule were two pieces of devil fruit she stashed away, just in case she needed to heal between missions. That most certainly was the case at this point.
She ate it, then rose to her feet.
Cracking her neck, she spread her senses to get a feel of what was going on. What she immediately felt was disturbing. Auroc was still alive, and more powerful than he was the last time she was conscious. What was worse, there was something... off about his power. It wasn't purely his; yet it didn't feel like when Sasheem somehow managed to absorb what's-his-name, the GP patrolman whose name honestly wasn't worth remembering.
While Auroc's rise to power was alarming, she couldn't help but grow excited. She had reached a new plateau and needed a suitable enemy to test it out on. And Auroc fit the bill in more ways than one.
She grinned and went SSJ, then shot into the sky directly toward where the battle was already well underway. Fighting a god...how exciting!
