Gorgeous Adam Hughes cover to a PHANTOM LADY reprint collection from 1994.
Bit of info about this collection. Personally this is the first I have heard/seen anything about this collection.

And your link goes to a write-up by somebody who unfortunately really doesn't know very much about the character. When the character originally appeared in stories published by Quality Comics (1941), she wore her yellow outfit with the green cape.Originally Posted by from the article
It wasn't until Fox Feature Syndicate started using the character (in 1947) that her outfit suddenly changed from yellow to blue with a red cape (instead of her original green one).
When DC started using the character in the 1970s, they returned her to her original yellow-with-green color scheme (since they were basing her on the Quality Comics version).

Amen, brother!
But none of the new FFers look great. Maybe that's by choice? I really liked Acuna's designs -- even if he got carried away with PL's boob size. The new series is just okay so far. I hope they are planning on bringing in Ray at some point. I was excited about this when I first learned of it -- but the execution is not as good as I had hoped.
Phantom Lady gets the center spotlight on the cover for FREEDOM FIGHTERS #10.

Another example of how 1940s comics were not PC, especially in the middle of a war . . .
