Man! There were so many good choices! But I'm going with Iron Maiden which was terrific! And, I learned something too!

I thought I’d do a quick count of how many covers each cover artist had in our contest (only those that received 2 or more):

    Gene Colan 4
    Joe Quesada 3
    Frank Miller 2
    Paolo Rivera 2
    John Romita Sr 2
    Chris Samnee 2
    Wally Wood 2

I expected a few more covers by Frank Miller, and at least a couple by David Mazzucchelli, Alex Maleev and Marko Djurdjevic (they only had one a piece).

Fantastic covers all round. Very very difficult. I had a ton of runners-up.....Speed Force League Unlimited (Gene Colan), Shalla Bal (Wally Wood), Enigmatic Undead (David Mazzucchelli), CJStriker (Joe Quesada), SuperCooper (Paolo Rivera)... the list goes on.

I just had to go for that amazing wraparound cover of Daredevil #500 by Marko Djurdjevic posted by Foxley

I have to say that my favourite cover by Marko Djurdjevic is Daredevil #100:

Abe knows my weakness so I'm voting for a comic that brings back fond memories. On a side note, it lead to an early example of a crossover in Marvel. Stan followed up with the end of this Daredevil story in Fantastic Four #73 where Doom tricked the FF into thinking Daredevil was still Doom and was going to sneak attack the FF.

    Honorable mentions;

The 2 Wally Wood covers submitted by Shalla Bal and Rob Allen
    Ravin Ray
    Paul Bullion
    SquirrelMan
    SuperCooper
    Enigmatic Undead

Simple theme leads to a great week of covers

Shalla Bal . There's just something beautiful and unique about the way Wally Wood drew DD.

Here are the two non-Daredevil comics that feature both DD's (by Jack Kirby):

PaulBullion 'cuz, you know the glasses always worked for that reporter hero dude.

Honorable Mention to Iron Maiden for coming up with the unexpected yet something that made complete sense. Well done.
