yeahhh let's not derail any further, so nvm
Scanna dat team pose image won't you preeze?
This is what happens when I sleep in haha.
It was slower but also at the same time, there was more action than there had been in the book before now - it just does less to push the narrative, which is fine. I liked Jean's tactic with the civilians and the soldiers.
"We come into this world alone and we leave the same way. The time we spent in between - time spent alive, sharing, learning together... is all that makes life worth living." - Jean Grey

I effing LIVE for these height variance shots.
It seems a good issue, much better than the bum that was Gold this week.
Jean's first major outing as a fully organized team and it's against a whole country (or at least its government/military).
Girl dreams big.
Jean’s dialog is embarrassing. And so is her Utopia 2 bubble, like lol what could go wrong.
Wake me when Cassie and Rachel show up to wreck some shit.
I love x-men red and I hear you but I also loved Dazzler. I hear what you're saying, but in reality, I found, that's what "I'm oppressed more and you should be spit on" actually looks like. Yours is a more intellectual, nuanced SJWish version of bullying; in reality it usually just comes across as bullying (having seen it from both sides in all my own intersections). Justified bullying to be sure, but still bullying.
I think it's a challenging topic to bring up, but if anyone in the mutant community would oppose Minority Du Jour getting Mary Sued, it's Dazzler.
But that's very relevant to Red, too. Takes everyone to turn the hate off and not just ping-pong back who's the oppressor, which is so much of what Red's about to me.
