Do you guys think Rogue would be better used outside Excalibur? I don't think Tini's done a good job with the character (or Gambit).
I think maybe they'd be better fits for Marauders, but they may get overshadowed by Hellfire politics.
Any other ideas as to where she'd shine best?

I would go the route of X-Force. Ditch Beast, Colossus and Jean. Add Rogue, Gambit and Birdy.

Yes. I'm not sure what role Rogue has in Ex and Gambit has been reduced to a Rogue obsessed idiot.

I disagree, entirely.
The objective of being in a relationship/marriage is not so that "two become one"...that's a gross fallacy.
The lesson to be taught is that they can still be whole, separate individuals while being in a fully committed loving respectful marriage. There's absolutely no need for any "break-up drama".

Agreed. Rogue can be on Marauders and Gambit can be on X-Force. I think these two have suffered from being only around each other when they both have super fun relationships with other characters that don't get explored any more.

I agree. While I'm not opposed to them being on the same team (it could be coolz, if written well) I would like to see them on separate teams.

I could see Rogue replacing Jean in X-force and I kind of want Gambit to join X-factor. A thief helping solve crimes could be gold.

2 different squads would be great. I think I've said this on another thread, but I love the idea of their teams being their "day job" and then we get a glimpse of them coming home at the end of the day/mission and making dinner/talking about their days like a boring normal couple haha

I like that too. You love your spouse, but don't need to be with them 24/7.

I like Hellions right now. It's got great art, and Rogue would fit in well with that crew.

All of the magic mumbo jumbo in Excalibur never appealed to me in the first place.
