Yeah, I thought Bendis’ run on Ult X-men was solid. Definitely helped by the great David Finch artwork too.

Hmm, I just went into Marvel Unlimited and flipped through the entire Enemy of the State story, and didn’t see any evidence of Logan and Elektra sleeping together. Was it just implied in the dialogue?

Logan thinks it was Pagon he slept with because of Elektra mind wiping herself. She restores her memories and it was really her during EOTS and she was abducted pretty much straight after. I do think that Bendis had planned to retcon the story and have her her being replaced before EOTS, but thankfully Zeb Wells didn't go with that.

I remember that issue when I was skimming Dark Reign. Good that Bendis didn't poke his nose again with Logan at least with her

What do you think of them as a pair? During Larry Hama's run of course when she was training feral Logan. I guess most people didn't like that part when he became feral. I believe the same treatment Zdaraky gave when Elektra was training Matt. Not the feral part

I quite liked the Hama storyline though if I remember it was quite short and then they launched her first solo ongoing off the back of it. I do prefer their more recent collaborations in Wolverine and Savage Wolverine. I don't really see them as having any sort of long term relationship; though I'm glad when she is not always being linked back to Matt all the time. A fling with Wolverine makes more sense then the one she had with Dr Strange???

Yeah it was really weird seeing Strange and Elektra having a relationship. Honestly not really fond of Savage Avengers even though the name is a derivative from Wells run with Savage Wolverine. I like how Wells writes Wolverine and Elektra. Elektra's first solo was written by Larry Hama IIRC hmmm. I must give it a try.
