I think the fight scene with the civilians with powers was may have been a Mastermind style illusion, and the old lady that talked with Jean may have been the person who did it (and the old lady may have been an illusion too)

That was pretty good, the main story felt kind of short tbh for such a big issue but the separate stories were cute and made up for it. Jean's was touching and I'm always here for more sister interactions with Ororo.

I really appreciated the call back to District X! I enjoyed that series and Bishop as a cop.

District X was great. A shame Bishop didn’t join x-Factor after DX wrapped.

I agree. Enjoyed this more than I thought I would, especially considering many of my favorites were nowhere to be found (Wolverine, Rogue, Gambit, Cable, etc.). Solid first issue.

As for who can kidnap Apocalypse, I’m guessing it’s X-man. But we’ll see...

Wolverine hasn't been brought back yet, KT has already confirmed that they're off in the Mojoverse for this, and Cable's dead, so even though they have the weird time traveling opportunity for a younger him, that's too confusing for them to bring him in.

I really enjoyed it, seeing Jamie being so erratic is really making me wish we could somehow get that James Franko multiple man movie maybe on Disney+? I would get it just for that. Why is Jubilee wearing those old clothes though? It bothered me, she wouldn’t still be wearing that. X-23 shouldn’t be ordering Kurt to do anything she annoyed me too. Quick question the New X-Men have been around for awhile, so how old do you have to be to be stuck in there and why is it someone like Trinary who is brand new gets to be on a legit team out of the gate?
