It's so bizarre they've said the Green Lantern HBOMax show and the movie are both happening, but there's been zero news about it since. (other than Johns is working on a script for the movie and that was last year)

Last official mention of Green Lantern was in August.
With the purge of top creative executives completed, the responsibility for what’s inside HBO Max and the cable TV channels will fall largely on Casey Bloys, an HBO veteran who is now overseeing all of WarnerMedia’s entertainment content. He has, he said in a telephone interview, told his new team that he wants programming on the streaming service that will complement the buzzy, complex adult shows like “Watchmen” and “Succession” that HBO is best known for. He is pointed to straightforwardly fun titles that appeal to younger audiences like “Green Lantern” and “Gossip Girl" as models for broadening out the service. His success will depend, in part, on the company’s ability to clearly market its streaming service and perhaps more on whether AT&T is really willing to keep spending on TV like Netflix and Disney.
It was actually announced last January that a Blue Beetle HBO Max show was in the works.

J.J. Abrams' Justice League Dark Deal Includes Multiple HBO Max Series
HBO Max is working with J.J. Abrams to release several TV shows featuring characters from Justice League Dark.
In addition to J.J. Abrams' upcoming Justice League Dark series, HBO Max will also be producing several other series featuring characters from the popular DC Comics team.
Producer J.J. Abrams will be heading several series featuring Justice League Dark members, including both Zatanna and John Constantine. Details concerning these other DC TV shows have not yet been revealed, though there is speculation that a few Justice League Dark members will be receiving their own solo series.
It was announced in April that HBO Max is developing a Justice League Dark series from J.J. Abrams, which will be based on the magical team who debuted in 2011's Justice League Dark #1. HBO Max's Chief Content Officer Kevin Reilly commented on the deal with Abrams, saying, "What could be better than an original J.J. idea and then Warner Bros. letting them loose on iconic IP from Stephen King and the DC Universe and to provide more must-have programming on HBO Max."
Details on the Justice League Dark project are scarce and it is currently unknown which characters will appear in the upcoming series.
An official release date or cast information for HBO Max's Justice League Dark is yet to be announced.
A Zatanna series would be really awesome. I hope it succeeds so DC can finally see her potential.
Non-PG Constantine would be great. Let's see John Constantine be a real nasty piece of work
