I think Greg appreciating someone enjoying the show and the writing doesn't mean he's confirming anything.

I do think they seem to be investing a lot in the fallout of Conner's death only to do another fakeout even if a fakeout seems obvious considering the setup of what happened.

1 real death - Wally

So it only makes sense that we have 1 fake death that none of them know about
