So in Harley Quinn season three, Bruce has a fetish for Selina's feet.

Feels like a rational, properly leveraged reaction against WB nixing a joke about a certain activity between two consenting adults because they thought it made Batman look “weak” somehow.
Sort of like “Y’know, our first joke that you freaked out about was that Bruce could be a selfless lover, but since you said no to that, he’s got a freaky foot thing now!”
Like action, adventure, rogues, and outlaws? Like anti-heroes, femme fatales, mysteries and thrillers?
I wrote a book with them. Outlaw’s Shadow: A Sherwood Noir. Robin Hood’s evil counterpart, Guy of Gisbourne, is the main character. Feel free to give it a look: https://read.amazon.com/kp/embed?asi...E2PKBNJFH76GQP
Oh, it was definitely overblown - but I think it was started because the censorship was overblown and somewhat hypocritically applied. That was the joke too far for WB?
Anyways, I’ll join in with the other poster who said they miss Selina having long hair. The Batman made me think that maybe it’s time to at least have her be all about wigs and accessories in her public ID, if not going full Batwoman and having one on her suit.

I still think the definitive modern take on Selina and Bruce as paramours is actually Paul Dini’s stuff around Batman RIP/INC; as much as King tried to make a definitive take on it, Dini’s take was the one that most felt like *two* characters with distinct voices and personalities, both capable of headlining a book with that personality, while King’s version crudely shaped Selina into an Idealized Love Interest first and foremost, with an already too-archetypal version of Bruce.
