I don't think agent Alisande Morales is racially black and i could be wrong but i don't think slingshot is black either in the comics.

Yes.
Only 616 versions and female superheroes?I usually try to stick with the Earth-616 versions when possible for the sake of organization, so I wasn't sure.
Okay i looked back carefully and if you only doing 616 and only counting superheros then she should not be included on the list.

I didn't say 616 only, just mainly considering 616 when possible, though upon reflection, perhaps I should extend more versions beyond that. Just changed the list then, and made a list on Comicvine for easier access too.

With the exception of Miles and T'challa, are there any other black male heroes that Marvel is/can push into a higher profile? While making mention of T'challa does anyone else get the feeling that Marvel is trying to backdoor Captain America as leader of the Avengers even though Black Panther currently is?
Also, a highlight from researching that I don't think I would have found otherwise due to it being a relatively more obscure Marvel UK comic. Classic art by John Royle of Breeze James from Knights of Pendragon #9 (March, 1993):

Thank-you for this; love seeing so many amazing X-men; loving Frenzy doing so well (I miss her) and YEY Bling! almost broke the top ten. But instantly here's a few problems for me:
- I have no idea who Glory Grant is, and I'm no stranger to Marvel comics. She's the 5th most prolific black woman and I've never heard of her.
- we can't even find 13 black women to be in more than a 100 comics? Across 70 years?
- Riri is already so high up, that shows how problematic that is; a really new character can become one of the most recognised black women in Marvel. Meaning there wasn't that much competition.
- off the top of my head, several in that "Top 15" list haven't been used in a long time. Meaning Marvel isn't building on the capital they already have
- Davida Kirby? Again, no idea who that is... another problem.

We are Fredrick the Great. We are Rustin. We are Addams. We are Marsha! Marsha Marsha Marsha! We so generous, we DeGeneres. We are Ziggy Stardust hooked to the silver screen. Controversially we are Malcolm X. We are Plato. We are Aristotle. We are RuPaul, god dammit! And yes, we are Woolf."

No thread called "Robots in the Marvel universe"? I don't want to call it "Robot Appreciation" because a thread should be open for everybody, not just those who appreciate the character(s). They are definitely a minority. Machine Man, Vision and Jocasta and some more.
