    Eh, depends on the characters, honestly. Goku? Maybe. Kid was made of steel before he even discovered what channeling ki meant. Took an axe to the head, and shattered it. Would have to outsmart him to beat him. Or, bribe him with Alfred's cooking.

    Naruto? Nope. Luffy? All his strength comes from being a rubber man. MHA? Take away the quirks, I give it to the vigilante that's used to taking on metahumans of varying degrees.
