So that everyone knows where I'm going with this, in the story I establish that Odin commissioned the dwarves to create Mjolnir and kindred weapons using his blood. It's partly why Mjolnir holds enchantment extremely well. And it's why all of the hammers (and the bearers) answered Odin's mystical call to arms. Absent Od's blood they would not have heard the call at all.
But the last weapon wasn't Odin's creation. It was Freya's. She commissioned the dwarves to create it using both her and Odin's blood. I'm tentatively calling the weapon Vanadis, because Freya intended for it to be used by the children of the Vanir.
One child in particular.
Freya is the mother, but Odin is not the father. On the same day that Odin's oldest and most powerful enemy comes for Asgard, he finds out that not only did Freya create a weapon of power without his knowledge or consent, but she also has a fully grown child by another god (and by the looks of it, not an Asgardian!) that she never told him about ever. And now both the progeny and the weapon are in his war room no less, wiping the floor with the Thor Corps thinking they are the enemy.
Ahhh, fun times ahead! I'm pretty sure we can no longer use the sobriquet "All Seeing Odin" after this yarn is spun.
