Not sure if you want to include him but there was a Ka-Zar (David Rand) back then also who operated in Africa. I believe he interacted with the other heroes at least once.
"Once more the Sith will rule the galaxy... and we shall have peace."
As mentioned in a previous post,In fact, that applies to all the members of the "Battle-Axis" from the 1990s four-issue Invaders series.
In fact, as Roy himself explained in one of the information pages (in issue #4),
So, while Roy was originally thinking of turning Blazing Skull, Silver Scorpion, Captain Terror, and a few other long un-used Timely heroes into villains during WWII, instead they took characters originally published by other companies that were now in the public domain and made them villains for Marvel's purposes.
It always seemed to me that Miss America did have super strength, albeit to varying degrees, but still much higher than that of an Olympic athlete.
Looking at the members of the Battle-Axis when they were originally heroes:
Strongman from 1940 (Tem Publishing Co.)
Volton from 1942 (Holyoke Publishing)
Dr. Death was originally Dr. Nemesis from 1941 (Ace Magazines)
to be continued . . .
These guys have also been brought into modern continuity:
. . . though their appearances / characters had to be changed a bit to avoid the offensive stereotyping that was, unfortunately, commonly accepted in the comic books back then.
Continuing with the members of the Battle-Axis when they were originally heroes:
Worth Publishing had a character named Duke O'Dowd who was serving in the Foreign Legion:
starting in Champion Comics #6 from 1940.
By issue #9 he became known as "The Human Meteor".
Finally, there was Shannon Kane, the Spider-Queen!
from The Eagle comics in 1941 (Fox Features).
How about Golden Age Villains? Dr. Smart, The Hag, The Hyena, The Parrot, The Shark, Video, Electro (Russian), The Owl, The Ambassador of Evil, Dr Crime...although hardly any reached The Red Skull's stature.
The first Spider-Man! Did she show up in spider-verse?Finally, there was Shannon Kane, the Spider-Queen!
To me the one hero I shake my head at is miss America. She was marvels wonder woman. Both came back later. DC gave ww her own title then a show and put her on superfriends and made her one of the main three heroes at dc! Everyone knows wonder woman.
Good job dc.
Marvel took miss America and threw her in a issue of avengers, turned her into a old woman then killed her off right away! No one knows the classic miss America.
Good job marvel.
As for how strong she is, it kept changing in the old stories. some stories she is getting knocked out by a pipe to the head and others she is as strong as superman! Invaders made her the first.

Don't confuse "strength" with "invulnerability". Strength would be if you are able to bend the pipe, but you could still be knocked out with a pipe if you don't have any sort of invulnerability.
Also, prior to Marvel/Timely's Miss America (who first showed up in Marvel Mystery Comics #39, cover-dated November 1943)
Quality Comics had introduced their own Miss America two years earlier in Military Comics #1 (cover-dated August 1941), the same issue where Blackhawk first appeared.
