I was introduced to Piccolo in Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone. Sad how far behind he's fallen. I found his rivalry with Goku much more dynamic than Vegeta's.

Played my first ever session of DnD 5E today with my RP group.

It was mostly an introduction to the world (pirate themed) and the system for everybody, but we still had a lot of fun. And I got to kill one of the chuuls from the final combat encounter of the session, which is always neat.

My character is a tiefling sorcerer (shadow magic), and when I gave him the Haunted One background I realised that I'd unintentionally made one of the more edge lordy character combos in the game and decided then and there to play him as nice and social fella...who can burn monsters to death if needed.

So far that's going real well.

Well Most people who watched the anime likely would have pegged 17 as the stronger one, but apparently Gohan's supposed to be stronger

Toyotaro's writing is not Toei's (thankfully for the anime). Manga #17 is much weaker than anime #17.

Well, everything is much weaker in the manga, but I'm talking relative to the rest of their respective casts.
