The overuse of lightning is a big pet peeve of mine. It's super lame how uninspired writers are when it comes to showcasing Storm in combat, especially nowadays. All it takes is one quick google search to see the different types of damage weather can cause.

He has, but he still gets affected. The Only suit that Lightning can’t affect is Tony Starks Endo-Suit.

EMP shielding have limits. A strong enough EMP can bypass Iron Man's suit. Magneto has proven that more then once.

this is exactly what I thought but sp mentioned an endo suit. if an omega level mutant wanted to destroy his suit with lightning or an emp im sure she would do it.

Yeah it makes it hard to be get excited for any comic she’s in when you know she’s just gonna shoot a few lighting bots in one panel then never be seen again the rest of the issue. Huh sad

right I'm so over yhe unimaginative writing. its not like she is cyclops or colossus or one of the other one trick pony girls. no shade but our gurl should be doing a lot more than just lightning.

I don't want her to be unbeatable but I would love to see her use her powers in a creative way in combat.
