I believe it's part of a new DC Essential toyline, designed by Jason Fabok.

This Doctor Who cover seems to be homaging an old Green Lantern comic.

I'm sure some good portions of the fandom appreciate that Sharp pays so much attention to certain details.
Can we officially say Hal has the second best male ass in the DCU after Dick Grayson?
Also, is that a Guardian out of her robes?
I can see Hal having an epic bromance with the 4th Doctor. Two bohemian Hard travelin' Cosmic Heroes with a thing for pretty brunettes.
Although, I can see Hal and the 10th Doctor getting along as well.
Guy & the 6th Doctor together would be a beautiful train-wreck, if written properly. Both are creatures from the 1980's.
I can see John having a lot in common with the War Doctor, and the 9th Doctor. That might be kinda depressing, though. I can see John & the 12th Doctor having a love/hate thing which would be fun. The love/hate thing might apply with the 3rd Doctor. I also see John scheming with the 7th Doctor.
I see Kyle getting along with the 5th Doctor, and possibly the 11th Doctor.
So to recap.....
Hal being buds with arguably the two most popular versions of the Doctor. Guy having weird adventures with most unlikable Doctor. John bonding with the most grim versions of the Doctor. Kyle being pals with the most human versions of the Doctor.
Okay, I am game for a Doctor Who/Green Lantern story.
I still remember way back then when a female Guardian was called a Zamaron.
I always thought it was kind of interesting the animators took that pose directly from Emerald Dawn 2.
Heh, I happened to read the blurb again as I got that image.
"While serving out his ninety-day prison term for drunk driving,"...
I bet that drunk driving thing was Christopher Priest's idea
He seemed to be into bizarre stuff like that, like having Hal Jordan steal diamonds and John Stewart performing terrorist actions in an African nation. Dude wrote some really weird stuff in Green Lantern.
