Well what do you expect? Coates had T'Challa (you know, the guy who was able to avoid cables telepathy and as Emma stone say his mind was like a bear trap wrapped in barbed wire and in fire) and the HZ have to activate anti telepath tech against... Z list made up **** villains. What chance do they have when Spencer cones in with some bullshit ass pull where Faustus controls the entire army without needing to use his voice apparently, and to top it off, sneak uo into T'Challas command center? I mean it's not as though they are the most technologically advanced nation on earth and who single handily repelled the supers Skrulls and beat back thanks army multiple times..

We know they actually do have anti-telepathy tech from Coates run ... but Faustus mind control isn't actually telepathic in nature so it wouldn't have worked.

So I want to ask you guys you're opinion, I have been thinking of drawing the HZ, The DM, and the standard Wakandan military personnel and want to give them each customized gear this is what I have so far:

Hatut Zeraze
- Tactical medium vibranium plating with cloaking tech
- Full arms (Hickmans boxing gloves) power "gun" gauntlets (can switch from long range firing mode to CQC seemlessly)
- Energy grenades (Hickman's grenades)
- kimoyo goggles (does everything kimoyo beads do)

Dora Milaje
- Dual vibranium transforming blades (changes from short spears to any bladed weapon with a simple thought) with "shooting" energy blade attachment for close to medium range combat
- Energy dampening boots
- Light vibranium plating with light shield attachment (Hickmans) for close and medium range protection (of Royal family/allies)
- Kimoyo beads

Wakandan soldier
- Adjustable vibranium sonic spear (MCU)
- Heavy Vibranium plating
- Adjustable transforming vibranium shield (from wrist mounted to full body shield) with spare sonic spears attached
- Kimoyo beads

This is the rough idea each one would have a few more details added/fleshed out but this is the basic standard tech for each of them.

I've thought about this stuff too but I can't draw lol. But our ideas are pretty similar:

Hatut Zeraze:
- War Dog mask. An African-style high-tech mask with tactical goggles. Provides protection (made of Vibranium) with infrared, night vision, zooming/scoping and a HUD.
- Vibranium nano-suit. Has solid Vibranium armor plating unlike the BP habit for extra protection, but still sleek. Complete with camouflage, heat-signature blocking, built-in Kimoyo computers for hacking etc, energy dampening soles.
- War Dog jetpack (used on occasion).
- Frequency blades. Vibranium knives capable of cutting almost any surface. Can phase through energy shields. Completely sound proof.
- Standard handgun. Can fire energy rounds (to stun) or Velocity Shots (to kill/destroy), Vibranium bullets that increases absorbed kinetic energy exponentially as it travels through the air in nanoseconds.
- Standard grenades (EMP, explosive, smoke, gas absorbing, flashbang, hacking terminal)
- Depending on the class, a standard automatic rifle, sniper rifle or bow with quiver. Can fire energy rounds or Velocity Shots. The bow's string compiles, compresses and releases kinetic energy to make arrows more powerful.
- Other miscellaneous gadgets.
- Any other individualistic weapon of their choosing.
- Kimoyo beads.

Dora Milaje:
- Vibranium mesh and bead armor. Colour of metal plates denotes rank. Can darken its colours for stealth operations. Has energy dampening soles.
- Vibranium spears. Can shrink down to the size of a small water bottle. Different modes include: short staff, short spear, long staff, long spear, ballistic shield. Can deliver medium range shock blasts and interfere with most electronics. Can be thrown as as a piercing spear or sonic weapon. Returns to the owner with a hand gesture.
- Vibranium swords. Blade is completely retractable and collapsible.
- Vibranium knives. Daggers and throwing knives
- Standard handgun.
- Other miscellaneous gadgets.
- Kimoyo beads.

Royal Guard/Palace Guard:
- Vibranium armor. Think MCU and Rocafort design
- Vibranium spear. Same as Dora Milaje.
- Vibranium shield. Completely collapsible. Absorbs kinetic energy and can be redirected by slamming into the ground.
- Standard automatic rifle.
- Standard handgun.
- Vibranium knives.
- Other miscellaneous gadgets.
- Kimoyo beads.

Wakanda soldier:
- Tactical helmet. Has infrared, night vision, HUD.
- Vibranium laced uniform and body armour. Has energy dampening soles
- Depending on the class, a standard automatic rifle, sniper rifle, or bow with quiver.
- Standard handgun
- Standard grenades
- Frequency blades.
- Other miscellaneous gadgets.
- Kimoyo beads.

With the HZ there were the ones that had the bone mask with exposed chin when fighting Black Dwarfs' unit. I like them for the domestic branch.

Wakandan soilder, I'd use the Maroon uniform.

The weapon choices look good.

Looks good. I think anyone in the Wakandan army, Marines(Hatute Zeraze) or Secret Service(Dora Milaje) should have top of the line gear that is far above what any other country should have.

It should take alot to bring down a Wakandan soldier.

I like it. Really I kept it short because the design and functions would be pretty similar to what you have up there. I just simplified it to roughly 4 items but they would be multi functional. I also wanted to get away from conventional guns because I feel like Wakandans wouldn't develop conventional guns like the rest of the world. Vibranium is expensive, so to make bullets or arrows out of it is a huge waste of money, 10k per round.

So thats where the "power arm guns" and the transforming weapons come in, it gives the range aspect and rapid fire without being too cumbersome, hence the light shields for the DM (they are built for speed and agility, medium armor for the HZ because they are quick, but can take a hit, and the Wakandan soldiers are the heavy impregnable tanks but slower then the other two). I don't know if you have seen one punch man but the character Genos, his arms are very much how the HZ power arms work.

For the DM their spears shoot like T'Challas energy daggers but are solid vibranium rather than pure energy. The idea of a spears returning is one that I thought of too I just didn't out it in my original post but that would be another function as well

Finally I left out the guards because in my mind, there would be one character to represent each group: Okoye for the DM, Akili for the HZ, and W'kabi or Taku for the Wakandan army who are the "faces" of each group. Didn't want it to be too bloated. Each group represents a certain aspect. The DM are one man armies in and of themselves (going off DM a single DM has the fighting capability of roughly 60 Wakandan soldiers) and work best solo.

The HZ are the ultimate squad based group, a standard group (5 per squad) have the fighting capability of 150 Wakandan soldiers (1v1 the HZ will lose 9/10 to DM, but a squad of 5 hz will beat a squad of 5-10 DM 9/10 times because their teamwork is unmatched) and are the spec ops/ infiltration group. Navy seals on steroids.

Wakandan soldiers are the backbone of Wakandas might, they may not be specialist like the other two but they have the most firepower at their disposal, and the numbers too. Standing army at a given moment around 300k.

Doras we already know what they look like lol.
