So we are disregarding that she won the popular vote, by a wide margin, and that voter suppression stopped hundreds of thousands from voting (mostly minorities) enough to swing the 80,000 or so he won by in the swing States.

    But yeah, he won, Bigly.

Since the popular vote won't actually win you the presidency in said election, yes. I am disregarding that.

In Trump's mind there are only two possible outcomes.

    He wins via humiliating curbstomp.

    He was cheated.

You aren't making any sense. If she had campaigned just a little more, she would have convinced people Donald Trump wasn't a racist piece of shit?

    Oy.

A provision of a new Oklahoma law requires public schools, health care centers, and restaurants to post pro-life information inside their bathrooms. The regulation is part of a new law requiring Oklahoma to promote information "for the purpose of achieving an abortion-free society." Oklahoma nursing homes, hospitals, schools, and restaurants are required to post the signs by January 2018. The state did not budget any money for the program, forcing schools and businesses to pay out of pocket for the new signs. The project will cost an estimated $2.3 million for affected businesses, the Associated Press reports.
The law, backed by the anti-abortion group Oklahomans For Life, has been met with resistance from women's health groups and business owners, who oppose it on the grounds that it could make abortions less accessible and put an unneccessary cost burden on businesses. The state's Board of Health is set to discuss the specifics of the law on Tuesday. Sponsor Sen. A.J. Griffin told the Associated Press that the law may be revised to make it more specific to certain facilities.
I haven't been able to find out anything else yet about the provision.

Shouldn't forcing these buildings to put up abortion propaganda (for either side of the debate) be illegal? Surely the Supreme Court could stop this, right?

It's not that yet, and God willing it never will be. We just have to hope the remaining judges can stay alive the next 4 years.

Set "Illegal" aside for a second.

How far away from a free market are you when you are telling restaurants to pay for something like that out of their own pockets?

Resistance Is Our Only Hope: the Activist Who Caused a Tweetstorm on Calling Out Donald Trump

On December 3, Donald Trump once again took to Twitter to whine about a TV comedy sketch, posting: “Just tried watching Saturday Night Live - unwatchable! Totally biased, not funny and the Baldwin impersonation just can't get any worse. Sad.”

The SNL cold open, incidentally, was poking fun at the President-elect’s inability to stay off his Twitter account long enough to, say, sit through an entire intelligence briefing—and, at his penchant for concerning himself with pettiness online, even while drastically more urgent priorities are at hand.

The irony was not lost on me. I tweeted back, “Jesus f***ing Christ, @realDonaldTrump. You are the president-elect. Pick your f***ing battles, man. You're embarrassing yourself.”

I just watched Trevor Noah interviewing President Obama. I'm going to miss articulate, thoughtful responses to questions. Not going to get much of that for the next few years.

Oh look, Cheeto's planning some sort of African-American meeting.

And he's bringing in two quality pieces of shit in Ray Lewis and Jim Brown along with that coonin' huckster Darrell Scott. Kinda shocked he didn't try to get Charles Barkley or Sage Steele just to get a 5-pack of sellouts.
