I haven't read new comics since the mid-00's, but I noticed that the og characters are being replaced by younger characters. Are the OG characters becoming 'Justice Society'?

No, because the og characters aren't allowed to age or to retire.
They will unfortunately never go away or even take a step back.
Except, hopefully, in the MCU. But even that is not garanteed.

Marvel doesn't really have a JSA counterpart. The only active heroes even from that generation are Namor and Steve Rogers.

Younger heroes taking over for older ones has been going on at both Marvel and DC for a LONG time. It's nothing new (Human Torch is a legacy character, and Johnny debuted in 1961!). Also, Sam didn't replace Steve, they're both Cap now. Same goes for Nova, Rich and another Sam are sharing that title. Ms. Marvel's name went to a new character only after the old one became Captain Marvel, whose predecessor was dead - that's the only one that's really stuck without a mantle being shared.

But they did come back, with a few of their members having their legacies being used by a newer generation.

Yeah, Marvel keeps trying, and failing, to bring it back.

Because, again, it was a taskforce that went away with the war. They don't have any real mythos, or villains, outside of WW2.

And itself is a retcon. The first Invaders comics were published in the 1970s! Unlike the JSA, which actually started before America joined the war.

No, she aged then got a blood transfusion again from Jim, which deaged her.
