I always loved this one, even as a child.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

One of my fave Cure tracks. Bass by Simon Gallup. 6-string bass by Robert Smith. No standard guitars were used.
I was going to post a Beatles song ( She's So Heavy), but I changed my mind! The bass in the first couple of bars of this song always get me going.
And I'm sure I've mentioned in another thread, it's basically them trying to do a Motown style song.

One other thing about Bootsy. It's not exactly common knowledge that Bootsy and Maceo Parker are on this tune. That said, it is some brilliant playing(even for Bootsy).
