I really want Danger to be in the spotlight again she was one the highlights of the Utopia era just a sarcastic *******. It's a shame she's been left in limbo for so long.

Danger is chilling alone at a mansion in Madripoor, she's probably glad for not having to deal with the pesky X-Men.
Danger, Broo, Warlock, Cadre K, etc are considered Mutants but not by human genetic standards.
So... how far back will the resurrections go? Could we see Changeling? Thunderbird?
Comercial deals and UN recognition gives Krakoa a state status with diplomatic privileges and immunity.
It's Xavier demanding respect from the humans, not being friendly.
Moira's lives showed that humans v mutants is an inevitable conflict.
Apocalipse siding Xavier is a clear sign that Xavier is joining the fight.
Right now it's a cold war, but still a war.
The mutants are being resurrected not as a family-- despite what Ororo said--but as an army.

All true. Except they can be both a family and an army.
The reason it's a cold war is because Xavier doesn't need to fight Apocalypse's way to win. He, Magneto and Moira know the same data as Orchis - that in 20 years mutants dominate Earth's population. On a fundamental level they already have won. What remains now is consolidation of power, and the securing of a growing nation and future.
They have seemingly won. However, they only have data from a measely 9 timelines, all of which were manipulated by Moira.
You are saying nobody should have nukes IRL, yet here we are with nations having nukes to deter any agressive moves from other potentially belligerent countries. Nuclear deterrent is a real thing, whether we like it or not it works.
Peace is a volatile thing nowadays, and it is not achieved simply by the goodness of the heart of the people.
So Sentinel being used as a déterrent to keep mutants in check isn't such a preposterous idea tbh.
Also, how many times do I have to say the whole Sentinel AI go rogues like Skynet is blown out of proportion? You can remove the AI component from the Sentinels and make them drones. Done. Where is that issue now? Nowhere. They can even have pilots like the old O.N.E.'s units. Again, that A.I. thing is a non-issue.
Also also, you need to look at books outside the X-verse if you have to ask why humans don't have programs to deal with Thor, or Hulk, or alien invasion, or anything really. They DO. There are things litteraly called Hulkbusters to deal with the Hulk and all his cousins in 616, Wakanda had specific weapons to deal with atlanteans in their war against them, SWORD has resources to detect Skrulls masquerading as humans... You have organisations like SHIELD who deal with menaces to Earth, SWORD who deal with alien menaces, you even have one organisation who deal with mystical menaces but I can't remember its name right now… There is a flavor for every threat potential, and that includes the mutant threat.
You are saying SHIELD and the Avengers are the countermeasures to deal with mutants, that's patently false. The Avengers protect everyone on Earth, including those mutants cultists on Krakoa, from any potential threat to the world there is. Their job is not to protect sapiens from mutants, that can only happen whenever a rogue mutant like Magneto attack somewhere on a big stage and there again, the Avengers can't be everywhere on Earth to protect everyone in every country now, can they? So your case by case thing is actually why you'll never see them in X-stories, 9 times out of 10 they are dealing with some big existential threat to all life on Earth somewhere else. They don't operate on the scale the X-Men currently do.
As for SHIELD, like I said, they are in to belay any menace to Earth so I agree with you here, I can totally see them having in their arsenal technologies to suppress mutant powers, or contain them or deal with them if needs be and that would include Sentinels, absolutely. The same way they have resources to deal specifically with the Hulk-types of superhumans, or various kind of superhumans in general (n.b: and actually, they DO have Sentinels in their arsenal, IIRC they sent them when the whole Matthew Malloy debacle happened).
But scratch that even, the simple fact that any country in the world is entitled to protect itself from external menaces is justification enough really. The Kraked can go to the UN and try and have the Sentinels be banned the same way nukes were "banned" a long time ago, see how it goes for them this time trying to temper with the mind of foreign ambassadors again. Somehow, for all Hickman's brilliance, he conveniently forgot that psychic scramblers have been up and running in 616 for decades now... What Frost did to the russian delegate would have never happened with the wakandan delegate, and that's just one country among others to have this technology at its disposal.

Completely agree. As the humans said in HoX #1 "Can you really call it a war if they've already one?" The mutants have successfully become powerplayers on the World Stage in the matter of a couple of months.
