That's a MUCH better look from her previous story in B/G. You can tell THIS IS NUBIA.

Also thats a good outfit where it's just different enough from Dianas but still similar enough to exude both Amazon and WW.

You know with yara being in her 20s and the new wonder girl I'm starting to think that its nubia that will become the new wonder woman.

This costume still works for me. Add the white streak of hair and boom, done! I still don’t get why every artist under the sun is redesigning Nubia.
“You see…the rest of them are soldiers. But [Wonder Woman] is an artist.”

I only support the made of clay origin.

While definitely a great costume, I have no problem with having different artists reinterpret her. It adds to her appeal and popularity, I think. Anyway, why would these fabulous and Wondrous women only have one costume? Diversity is the spice of life, after all.

I guess…she can be the Janet Van Dyne of the Wonderverse.

Yes, but i always think it's best to gave a main look to establish the character, visually. If there are occassional other lloks, that's one thing. But there shoukd be a main look that is fairly constant.

Her main look is the blue costume designed by Joelle Jones as seen in Wonder Girl and the upcoming Nubia & the Amazons mini series. Black and Gold is an out of continuity anthology so they don't have to line up with the main continuity at all.

It’s actually in continuity. It’s a mini series.

I'm pretty sure not every story in Black and Gold is in main continuity (whatever that means these days).
