Barry, Zan and Arcane were also punked. I'm sure Hal was punked if/when they show how he was turned. It's not like Diana's special in that way - they clearly just want to turn a bunch of heroes to setup the Big Battle and are barreling through everyone else to get there.
Well Harley is Batman level now, so it wouldn't surprise me.
What was that story where she outfought Batman and threatened Superman in the same scene?
The J-man
Reading List (Super behind but reading them nonetheless):
DC: Currently figuring that out
Marvel: Read above
Image: Killadelphia, Nightmare Blog
Other: The Antagonist, Something is Killing the Children, Avatar: TLAB
Manga: My Hero Academia, MHA: Vigilanties, Soul Eater: the Perfect Edition, Berserk, Hunter X Hunter, Witch Hat Atelier, Kaiju No. 8
I am enjoying this comic even though I expect it to elide over obvious objections in the service of getting everybody who's gonna be a vampire a vampire as soon as possible (can't Clark tell Hal has no pulse? can J'onn sense he's off? How they gonna turn Plas, his skin doesn't break!)
Barry's death was cheaper than Diana's turn I thought...with Diana the implication is something about what the lasso was telling her made her want to be turned, it wasn't against her will, which I can sort of buy if I squint at this point in the story. Barry's death wants me to accept that Barry cannot break one of Hal's constructs, which, lol. But maybe Hal's master's willpower put extra juice in the ring...the will of Dracula himself, muahahahah! (Just a guess obviously.) Good thing Barry, unlike Batman and the Batfamily, is a solo act and does not have an extended circle of people with similar powers!
...what's with the sideburns. All the dudes have sideburns. Supes has big ole sideburns. What does it mean??
Prediction: Jayna can use her powers solo while holding what's left of Zan.
