Is that the fault of the concept or the writer handling it?

It really feels like DC just doesn't care anymore, it's sad. The Titans are the reason I got into comics.

Default Teen Titans:A Celebration of 50 Years HC

Huh, looks like DC actually IS going to put out a Teen Titans collection for the anniversary.

Looks like they still have some shred of respect for them left.

To be fair the team that most people even care about and feel is worth talking about (and probably the only reason we are talking about them now) was the 80's team.

Does DC care about the Teen Titans? Well, let's see. They're trying again to find a direction with the characters that fans will like. They're producing a hardcover Earth One graphic novel. They're doing a 50th anniversary collection.

Clearly DC is attempting that wily strategy of torpedoing the franchise by giving the fans what they want. Those bastards!
Hope is not lost today. It is found.

Titans discussion should be at the DC Board.

I'd just move this there but I don't know if the DC mods would like the tone of the thread, so I suggest trying to re-start it there instead.
