Personally I don't really want to hear about old and established prequel like superheroes in high school. Would it really differ from any other teen drama with the occasional superhero moment?

X-Men is a good "kids in school" dynamic for superheroes though.

I don't think Bruce is old enough for highschool in Gotham or to be doing any superheroing.

Oh, I don't really need to see a tv series based on Batman Year One Jim Gordon stretched out over who knows how many episodes either. He doesn't even have the mustache.

Not sure how. You'd think the actor's abilities would be more important.

    Yup and

the plan to save the day came from their deranged version of Reed Richards. Plus Kitty Pride with the help of some Pym particles actually fought the big G.
    end of spoilers

It was Y, in conjunction with Birds of Prey that got me back into comics after I stopped reading them in high school.
I have kind of half heartedly been trying to get her to read Saga. I should just take all of the issues out at once.

In other news, did my workout and no pain!

    But I liked that.

Just don't try. It's not worth it. Attempting to read every post here is like being Sisyphus on roller skates, and you'll only end up sobbing in the corner thinking the Roomba is trying to kill you. Think of the Chat Thread as a peep show; drop your quarter in, take in the sights, and when the curtain goes down again move on with your life until next time.

Enjoy the show, turn off your cell phones, and don't forget to spay and neuter your kids, er, I mean pets.
I like reading every single post, but I may be bonkers. Hmmm, I work in IT, no maybe involved.

So if I wanted to check out Guardians of the Galaxy, what should I pick up?

I saw a large and heavy roll of maps fall on my Native American studies professors head today... It made me chuckle.
