Mxy killed off post-crisis Supes and Lois, and brought back NU Supes and Lois, then through the power of love or something, Conner was able to get the apparitions of post-crisis Lois and Superman apparitions to fuse with their Nu counterparts. And then the comic ends with the scene from above.

So basically, he's got near light reaction speed and can bench press the weight of the earth for 5 days without tiring. Not to far from pre Crisis days. That's pretty bad ass honestly.

Fair enough. I suppose I mean he's closer than he's ever been as far as "standard versions" of Superman (not KC, or Clark one million or some such...) post Crisis.

I mean Supes did just straight up time travel on the cosmic treadmill and tried to power through a machine that would have blown up the planet and later did blow up a moon sized spaceship. He couldn't ultimately get to the core, he was also however pretty much unhurt by all those waves crashing against him. He also went HV crazy on a future version of the moon sized spaceship and wrecked at least large parts of it (the whole thing was wrecked, it's just unclear how much of it was Superman)

His biggest superpower is probably the fact that he's the best dad and family man in fiction and seems like an organic extension of post crisis/DCAU superman's career/character that we know and love

At least until Bendis gets his hands on him, in a couple of months
